Analysis of Vantage Point
Long ago,
In a life not my own,
I looked upon a mirror of silver,
And in that mirror I saw a reflection,
Of whom I don't know,
And doubt I'd doubt I could remember,
But the face seemed familiar,
As though it had always lingered,
In the corners of my mind,
Or perhaps it was a face yet seen,
The reflection of someone looking in from the other side,
From the future perhaps,
Or maybe I was looking out,
Into the world true,
This made me wonder,
But in regards to what I can't be sure,
Nor do I believe I ever was,
So here I am,
Staring into a silver,
Or was it out?
A lifetime ago,
A lifetime not my own,
Or was it?
