Analysis of Through the Sun (2003)

I'm a pilot; where do we begin?
I'm a pilot; take me to Berlin.
Take me higher than I've been before.
Take me further than next store.
Let's go faster than the speed of light.
Let's go harder into black of night.
                              I'm a flier; let's go higher.
                              I'm a flier; let's go further.

I'm a pilot; where do we depart?
I'm a pilot; take me to Denmark.
Where's my copilot? Where's she gone?
Can she feel me? She's my bond.
Let's go faster than the speed of light.
Let's go harder; this is final flight.
                              I'm a flier; let's go higher.
                              I'm a flier; you're my desire.

Where's my co-pilot?  Where can she be?
When we're together she'll be set free.
Take me faster, let's have some fun.
Let's go crazy, take us through the sun.
Let's go higher; take us to the moon.
Let's go further; all the way to Neptune.
                              I'm a flier; let's go higher.
                              I'm a flier; let's go further.

Once we're out of here never forget.
Once we're out of here don't neglect.
Take me higher than I've been before.
Take me further than next door.
Always remember how we were stressed.
But look at us now, God has blessed.
                              I'm a flier; let's go higher.
                              I'm a flier; let's go further.

In the beginning we really dived.
But look at us now, how we've strived.
Take me higher than I've ever been.
Take me further than I've been.
When we're done we'll have more fun.
We'll fly right on through the big old sun.
                              I'm a flier; let's go faster.
                              I'm a flier; never a disaster.

Once we're gone we won't look back.
And maybe then we'll get some slack.
Take me faster; let's have more fun.
Take me higher, light years from our sun.
Let's go faster than the speed of light.
Push it harder with all of your might.
                              I'm a flier; let's go higher.
I'm a flier; take me further.

I'm a pilot; where do we go?
I'm a pilot; all the way to Jericho.
Take us faster; let's have lots of fun.
Take us higher so we can be done.
Let's go faster than the speed of light.
Let's go harder; we don't need another plight.
We're all fliers; let's go higher.
We're all fliers; take us further.

I'm a pilot; won't deny it.
I'm a pilot; won't deny it.
