Analysis of Thinking of You

I sit here and I think of you
How much you are feeling blue
You did your duty and your time
You would like to come home and be mine
The military wants you to stay
But you will come home one day
That is a question for only you
A choice you can only make
A love that you can only take
Now I know that you are here with me
A mother and a wife almost to be
You promised me your vows
I know that you are gone for now
A military life is hard you see
I know that you will return to me
For love conquers the mystery
A joyous and happy fantasy
A lover and a fighter go hand in hand
For every woman wants a military man
"A seabee can do," is the motto on land
