Analysis of The liberty
29
THE LIBERTY
The muggers they are!
Playing the mock role
Of the Emperor (see the pad)
1Santham,2Papam! The semi-nudes!
You till toil moil and fast,
Sweat square,
Breath breed dine and die in debt
O, the tale amplified to lick
The last drop of the laboring mass!
They fornicate the Present,
Loot the Future, insult the Past
In the sun light clear an' pure!
Suck the milk break the pot
And blame the cat innocent!
The Time the Judge knows the Spell
Will pass the Order but who to cross?
Where is my civil liberty?
Is it to cheat? To rob? To rag?
To kill the innocent?
The answer is the history of
Independent India!
