Analysis of The Geometry of a Girl

I've measured your skeleton
forehead and thighs
I've made notes of the curves
of your wrists
and the bend of your elbows
and the bow of your fingers

I've watched your body
expand
with breath
and your smile
as you pull your hair
behind your ear
and
laugh

The geometry of a girl
cross-legged on my floor
