Analysis of Superpower

He, who may be,
Wish to see.
Where he is and orders to me.
How he creates eager to see.
He creates this little soul even hill and sea.
What is superpower and possessed universe?
 Unique roles are to create.
He destructs when he can not endure.
He, who may be remain for this role.
He is superpower that is sure.
