Analysis of Silver Song
The weak spring sun
in her hair
her eyes
The heat from her coat
warms her shivering
fingers
But nothing melts
the winter
from the shadows
of her
mind
Her grandfather's watch
on a tarnished silver
chain around her
neck
Beats along with
the heart
inside her
chest
Begging for his warmth
