Analysis of Side B, Track 1
Your existence is revelatory
Of the choices you make,
And whether it's the main
Or back roads that you take.
The world will never
Revolve around you.
But you can be the sun
That keeps my skies shining blue.
So sing to me
The song of your life.
I want to be filled with melodies
of passion, happiness, and strife.
Make the metronome
In my chest skip a few beats.
I want to hear it all,
Even if it ends bittersweet.
