Analysis of She's the one I can't forget

Right from the first day I saw you
standing behind the cafe's neon-bar
you meant something special to me
like an angel from a distant star
taking my hand in a story taht had just begun
to spend the magic of enchanted moments
before parting in the sun
so when I'm passing by where we met
an innner voice tells me about the hope
in the few words that you said
while the wings of her spirit
are taking me gently through the streets
to remind me of this light in my heart
that flickers throughout all days and nights
no matter how hopeless it seems and how far apart
I still search and try to get back to you
knowing what is in two hearts and souls
is sometimes meant to come true
She's the one I can't forget
