Analysis of Roses and Lilies
Roses,lilies,ivies
Isles after isles
Weep to lose their beauty too soon
before the next sunrise
Fireflies fly in the night!
Shedding their love-lights
on the breasts of dew-drenched butterflies
Fireflies fly in the night
Ride me gentle ,ride me tight
Don`t ever leave me,don`t ever despise
I love you too much;I can`t cry
all my tears you have taken away
diffusing in twilight
Fireflies fly in the night
I`m your lover,I`m your pride
I`m your lily,I`m your knight
Slept in Sicily,roamed in Rome
Cycled in Ceylon, smelt the smell of gunpowder
in Beirut,Bethlehem,NYC
Born to die,temple to tomb!
