Analysis of Reflections

Reflections looking at me
My soul to bare
In my heart ice holds
Grasps of my soul
Sun setting on my life
Ageless into darkness
Falling back into time
Elder days growing old
Sinister plans lay before
My temptations longing
The feeling is gone
Urging this restlessness
Midnight until the dawn
When nothing grows
Glittering in starlight
My heart yearns beyond
Heaven is so far
My burden so heavy
Life's barren way
For me unforgiven
