Analysis of Once Upon A Time

Lost is "Once upon a time," again never comes
Seize what is sublime
Before life succumbs

There's no time like the present, it is "here and now"
Life is an event
Enjoyment allow

End all dwelling in the past, it is "then and there"
In cement it's cast
Forgive and forbear

Hopes and plans for the future: it is "when and where"
What's next is not sure
Outcome's in the air

Everything known for certain is already done
None lifts the curtain
To see or forerun

Nothing can last forever: timelessly final
Except forever
It is eternal
