Analysis of Note: to all poets

A NOTE TO ALL OF MY FELLOW POET & POETESS:

I Had got an alert three times today
A poetry.com site is not secured; that's the say,
I wondered if anyone else here has got the same note?

My alert said: They have no securtity license,
Since the end of December the 2013,
And that has scared the heck out of me,
Since we are to the end of March 2014,
So, if anyone is here know?
Please feel free to inform me so!!!
