Analysis of No One's Perfect
Pursuing fantasies of youth,
love becomes your ultimate goal.
And your feelings begin to change,
influencing your very soul.
Your heart's plagued by uncertainty,
and haunted by the ghosts of doubt.
And though you long for happiness,
misery's what life's all about.
Playing Russian-roulette with love,
sanity rides upon each spin.
And yet walling up your feelings,
imprisons loneliness within.
It's ok to want more than dreams,
life's not meant to be slept away.
Yet don't abandon love for lust,
no matter what others may say.
Forget the past no one's perfect,
and sometimes dreams just fall apart.
Let hope help gather the pieces,
and allow time to mend your heart.
