Analysis of My Muse

So the yearly time has come to pass
I wonder now if with me your still mad
or if now you will let me make you smile & glad
i wonder if u even consider how much u made me sad

u said to leave u alone which I did
but now I can't without knowing why u hid
now I know why i didn't stay dead
it was to make you fall in love with miracles again

I was gone long ago for a lesson
one that has been a while missing
the one where u knew it all when we were kissing

u have this burning loving urge
but why can't doubt be the one u purge
because your warmth is like my surge

I just want to give u back what u gave me
for u deserve better & more than what's free
which in him & yourself believe it's security
but what is life if you don't test your destiny

I once was searching for an answer to life
which led me to death at once keeping me alive
it showed me a lot of things this Destiny of mine
but I want to prove to it again that I can make you my wife.
