Analysis of MY FOREVER WIFE (21st Oct. 2005).

Just sixteen brief years ago this day
That pearl beyond all price came my way
With a lovely smile down the church aisle,
A breathtakingly beautiful sight
Like a glowing angel in pure light,
With gracefulness, great poise, and sure style.

'Here comes the bride', sang the organ, loud.
Pleasure lit up each face in the crowd
As priest and choir were beaming with pride
For all hoped for your happiness
And prayed for Our Saviour to bless
Our union as you strode to my side.

Though passing, those moments still live on,
Unlike some well-wishers who have gone.
Though magic such memories may wilt
Unlike our true love which grows more strong
When sad times make life's journey feel long.
For marriages founded on faith are well built
Like ours, Eveline, my forever wife.
