Analysis of Migration

The cranes left many weeks ago
Winter is close, I feel sorrow
The geese have been flying away
It is just me who has to stay
The bullfinch comes close to the house
Over the meadow walks a grouse
The magpic sits on the fence
The morning fog is very dense
The sparrows are still twittering
There isn't a single lark to sing
The raven caw day after day
Tell me, why do I have to stay?
Soon icy frost flowers will grow
I too, I really want to go
But me, I am not migrating
I wait for them to come back for mating
