Analysis of Love turned to dust

In the beginning it was clear,
share smiles, sharing hands,
just like it was meant,
meant to be friends to the end,
what was supposed to be love,
turned to stick and stones,
you can't brake my bones,
you know nothing of love,
to live in peace and harmony,
this is the last time,
I speak of, I have made very clear,
you are banished from my soul,
so save your pity,
I don't need you anymore,
you angels all the same,
lie and cheat to save yourself,
and then rob me of my heart,
there's a light in the end,
you can't hurt what isn't there,
I spit at your shame,
you sold me to another,
keep the bed you have made,
save your breath, I just don't care,
if you cared a bit, let me go,
I don't want your doubt,
your shame to have and to hold,
i s yours to behold,
 forever on silver plate,
replaced with never,
the sooner you realize,
the sooner you get on with your shame,
run away fast,
before I loose control.
I'm not a saint, nor am I 'm a clown,
you ripped our love into dust,
on the shelf left to rust.
