Analysis of Lost At Sea

Through rushing waters I could see
Where your heart is, what was to be
You are lost at sea
Where is your trust, where is faith
What dangers can you face
A vessel with no true direction
A reflection I have seen rejection
The storm pulls you harshly down
A choice that won't turn around
Angel of the Moon
Watching night and day, dawn and noon
She can only help so much
Can you linger without her touch
Waves as deep as your memory
The past that couldn't be
An enemy within your own
Mind, soul, blood, and bone
Telling what was to be
Lost At Sea

Syrelia

I believe that there is a time for everything and some things can be expressed through poetry I come from a different family and things are different everywhere. I believe poems can be gateways into the mind, what we cannot say but wish to say it anyway so badly and so words change but the meaning will forever stay the same.I write as my hands allow me, word after word. Ink following the shadows of my paper begging me silently to write more. These are my poems. more…
