Analysis of Letting Go
Every morning I open my eyes,
Look at the world around me,
And slowly realize,
That I am finally letting go.
Every day I want to scream,
Beware of others,
For they aren't what they seem,
But instead I yell "I'm letting go."
Everything I have ever told myself,
And all lies told to me,
I have put on a dark shelf,
Glad to be letting go.
