Analysis of If Only (2)
And yes, if only I could... I would (if only
He lent His Graces to me--
Even for just one-fleeting moment) make the
Dirty--in a flash, come fresh and clean.
And my beloved City, a city "where the
Stars shine and twinkle--night and day" are not only
Hollywood celebrities, but all its ethnically,
Culturally and socially diverse residents,
Because they are "verily I say unto thee,"
The Angels (Los Angeles), hands down...halos up
Responsible for making it, what it has become
To all the world.
