Analysis of I See You (Joy Luck Club)
I see you,
When the world turns itself on end
When no one can seem to understand
I see you,
Holding back pain from a lost youth
Holding yourself together
A definitive truth
I see you,
Coiling and turning inside yourself
Pulling out the new
In spite of yourself
I see you,
The beauty that comes from a troubled heart
The beauty that flows in spite of its start
I see you,
Strangely as it may seem
I see the glory in
Your mind stream
You
Have become one with the
'One' awesome God
So whenever you are feeling alone
Remember
There is one heart that
Can see you!
