Analysis of How

I can't see why, a man kills without reason.
Why a man shoots a child and does it without warning.
Why his screams of sorrow, are silent and muted.
All i can see, as death rings higher, is how.

I cant see why, a man can own a weapon, and conceal it in his pocket without any question.
He can buy it legally from a cashier without inquisition.
After he murders, and we call him crazy. We see that the gun is recycled. All i can see, as death rings higher, is how.
All i can see, as our memories grow shorter, is how.
