Analysis of Her Deep

The elephant in the room
Is now sitting on my chest
The being that I love
Will never let me rest
She's deep and dark inside
Holding all her breath
She's suffocating me
Blue turning to death
Why must I hold her?
Why do I care?
Why do I wear this Scarlet letter
When it is her's to bear?
