Analysis of Growing Up
Underneath a world of blankets,
a thick covering of imagination,
and a flickering flashlight,
two siblings play.
In a shielding fort,
benign shadows make patterns
in the randomness of their minds
as they continue creation.
Laughter circles them in protection,
and Naivety still stands strong
because they both know, outside the fort
the world is ready to swallow.
