Analysis of Full military honor

Humanity cried over the death
Of soldier who lastly breathed
With bare body on ground and head taken away
Reminded of brutality as days simply pass the way

Simple murder in peace time in forward picket
Soldiers patrol the areas but do not attack
No shooting orders even if intruded unintentionally
This incidence has infuriated public opinion nationally

Why such atrocities and incitement when people enjoy peace?
Why do they want reprisals and more deaths to please?
Fanatics and hard criminals when their own land is blood soaked
Few hundred deaths at their door step will not be joke!

The north area has remained blood thirsty from the beginning
There is something wrong with the people and their living
Worst crimes and unheard brutalities come occasionally on surface
Whether it is on uniform people, ladies or aged people in such cases

It was calculated move and deliberate killing
The soldier was beheaded and body was bleeding
Great celebration in their army campus over head's capture
Any one can think about fate of nation, its people and future?

Continuous terrorist attacks form their national policy
Not a single opportunity is missed sans hostility
Death bodies in their areas remain unaccounted when they suffer
Yet no sense prevails for peace to take place and offer

The soldier at home is consigned to flames without head
The head was taken as mark of victory over dead
Never in the army history, has such brutality taken place
It is serious black spot on humanity face

Country has no answer for it accept to take revenge
Scores of innocent people may die if death is avenged
No civilian government can afford such hasty measure
The body of brave soldier has to rest with full military honor

Hasmukh Mehta

am an ex-serviceman from Indian Air force. I joined Oriental Insurance Company and retired from there too in May, 2007. I have been graduated from Punjab University. I hold technical qualification like Diploma in Radio/engineering .I have done English and Hindi stenography as well. I had mastered the art in Morse telephony too. I am associated with several welfare organizations and served long time as Union leader too. I am at present working as hobby writer. I write poems on various subjects and invite suggestions from all the quarters. I have written one memoir named “As I see it” and ready for publication. One interesting part of writing I would love to share with all my reader friends. I am not sure weather it may be the same case with all as I do not want to be caught in any controversy. When I sit on my personal computer, there is absolutely no thought in mind as to what is to be picked up as thought and written. These all things I leave it to the discretion of almighty to fill my mind with relevant ideas. So far I have been graced by Him and as result able to compose about 4000 poems. I have be awarded with 4 achievement award from the www.ezinearticles.com for successfully meeting with their standard. I am writing on many sites so as to be associated with reader friends all over the world. I am thankful to all those who have supported me in my initial days. more…
