Analysis of Dare To Dream

twinkling oceans above
like ornaments hanging in navy skies
I gaze after, silently

the ceiling swirls unknown galaxies

heavy shadows don't weigh me down,
with the darkness of uncertainty, all around

eyes I think I see

maybe the night is so dark on purpose
so all things fade to the blackness

a blank canvas?

so all we can see are our bold dreams
we don't dare reveal
to the accusatory eyes of sunlight
