Analysis of City of the dead men
The city of the deadmen
Where the hopes are lost
and rise no more
Where the sun is asleep
to yawning fate
Where the faith flies away
with the winds of the past
And souls are bond to herald
the lost destiny
This is the city of the deadmen
Where darkness is locked forever
against its members
This is the city where prayers
are never answered
But this is not my city
where the songs of sorrow
Is their last supper
Those that refuse to take the cross
To the city of the saints
Where the lights and life
lives a glowing forever
That is my city.
