Analysis of Childhood Musings

Flying kites, turkish delights
and heros made of clay
Sultry nights, grisly affrights
and make believe soiree

Dizzy fights, unhappy plights
and passions on display
Silly spites, delicate slights
and dealings held at bay

City blights, feasible heights
and schoolyard fantasy
Passage rights, cigarette lights
and friendship causerie

Fishing sites, mosquito bites
and well known history
Water sprites, fanciful flights
and far-fetched mystery
