Analysis of Catherine's Poem

Catherine, Catherine how big you are today
It seems like just yesterday a babe in my arms you were
Tiny and delicate, a fragile little thing
Needing my care all the day through

Catherine, Catherine so many days have past
Look at the things you can do
Walking and talking all the days through
I love you my darling, I love you so

Catherine, Catherine look at you today
All grown-up, moving on with your life
Each day you take another step
Building a future for yourself, how proud I am
You are a never ending joy in my life.
