Analysis of Because

When I get lonely during the long day,
I think of you, and I am not alone.
When, sometimes, I am afraid of the dark,
I reach out, and you are there beside me.
When I am hurt, you comfort me.
When I cry, you try to make me laugh,
and I feel better.
When I need a friend, you smile, and hold me.
When I am sick, you take care of me, and when
I am confused, you help me to understand.
When all seems hopeless, and I feel small
and weak, you are strong for me.
Because I love you, you love me.
