Analysis of As I sat there . . .



As I sat there and felt my fingertips slowly ,

slide against the sand and the wind rush,

rapidly through my hair, watching as the warm summer

listening to the ocean water which seemed to be

as the wind glided along it.

As the crickets sang their summer night song,

I looked up to see the clouds slowly fade,

seeing how calm and beautiful it was,

I realized I wouldn't rather be anywhere else but

where I was then,

as I sat there and opened my eyes I looked around

finding myself surrounded by the same four walls...
