Analysis of Another Me
I want to fly with the birds,
run with the deer Climb a mountain in early morn.
Listen to the music in those hills
And see a new day being born.
I want to jump and clap my hands with joy
For this beauty that I found.
I want the trees to talk to me And listen to my song.
Tell me how they stay so beautiful And how they live so long.
I want the squirrels to chatter as I walk And watch them climb a tree.
I know upon this mountain I'll feel like these things I see.
I want to touch a soft white cloud To see how it would feel.
If it's a vision far away Or if it's really real.
I want to fly high in these lovely hills And be ANOTHER ME.
