Analysis of A Rose Poem

Arose came the fire. taking on new breath.
Arose came the soldier, crawling  from its smoking neck.
Arose came plagues, rising from its burning ashes.
Arose came its monsters, smothering everything thats left.
Arose came the criminals haunted futile test.
Arose came the scatterer, reeling like the rest.
Arose came its leaders,  pleading, crawling, from its nest.
Arose came its children feeding on the breast.
Arose came  the trumpeter pointing at his vest.
Arose came  a burning flame, to wash away there, there stench.
Arose came tidal waters raging with the best ,
Arose came the memory thereof,  its fleeting dieing last breath.
