Analysis of A Little Note

Here is a poem that I wrote.
Just wanted you to see this little note.
It's funny, and different to,
so I've been told.

It's for the reader to behold
It also could be true.
When I die,What will you do?
Forget me,or forever to my memory be true.

I don't want to hurt you,
After all the pain I've lived through.
You've been forever in my heart,
even tho we're so far apart.

I've always wished I could do more
for you and your families.
All my girls and grandchildren galore.
I love you all,& will forever more.
