Analysis of seagulls

on your back full of salt
I draw seagulls with legs in sapphire plaster
you laugh with your head bowed
I will fly
nonetheless
to seas that where your miry pencils
don't reach
in the evening when you close your eyes
me and their long sapphire legs

I hold your head in my palms
on your back with an eraser
I draw, I draw
