Analysis of For Katie

Riven Rose 2005 (United States)

Soft hands and a warm round face
Shy on the outside but
A whole world underneath
I wish I could explore
The World between your eyes.

I think about you every day
But never see you.
I hope you‘re doing fine
And I wish I could be there for you.
I know this must be hard for you
Love language being touch,
But rules being not to touch.

If I saw you with wings
Large golden wings
It would take me a minute to realize it
Because to me you are already an angel
But I hope that to you,
I am at least a friend.
