Analysis of Balloons Away
Mayu McDonald 2010 (Arizona)
As I let go of my balloon
I know it won’t return soon
And I watch it sore so very high
I sit I wonder and I sigh
Will I ever be free, free like that balloon?
I know in my heart no, not soon.
It goes and comes but soon it gone
Will this day be short or long?
My day my past I let go,
My griefs my sadness also
But what I would give to go back soon
Is a very very special balloon.
