Analysis of if i could forget
Isaac Kivumbi 1971 (Kampala)
Only if i could forget that day,
The First time of meeting you.
A cold cloudy evening it was,
now like a memory on my mind it is.
Blind to see and foresee i was.
No warning, to the tender heart.
Like a rose no blossom till next season.
Only if i could forget,
it meant so much then less.
I pretend it was now.
