Analysis of Home's Her Rampart

Home becomes a woman’s paradise on earth,
A refuge where she finds peace of mind.

A woman celebrates newfound worth,
Through time she finds fate is kind.

She paints freeform flowers on the ceiling,
Free to dream. At homes she unwinds.

She leaves yesteryear’s trials behind,
Creates a space where love is blind.

She awaits her beloved without spurning,
Her fondest hopes and dreams refined.

Home, her warm shelter against the world –
She breaks those chains that bind.

In her rampart against the indifferent world -
Freely do whatsoever one is inclined.

Yes, while this ole’ world goes on turning,
A woman keeps those home fires a burning.
