Analysis of Love Astray

wandering all alone
makes my heart sad
knowing that I’ll never be here
you’re gone, leaving me
time has taken you away
love has made me mad
sorrow has drove me crazy
thinking of how strong you were
always holding me up
for I am so weak, in need
just barely going on day by day
wishing for an end to it all
praying to be with you
all I want is you beside me
why can’t I just have you
what did we do so wrong
why did our world just crumble
when did it all fall away
where have you gone
because where you are is,
where I want to be
