Analysis of When You Lose Your First Child
Michael Nicodemus 1969 (Gresham, Oregon)
When you lose your first child,
And you realy miss him;
You just want to go wild,
But you know he was a special gem.
Now all you want to do is just give up,
But you know you have a friend out there;
You know he can keep you up
‘Cause he truly does care.
That first child was bery special to you,
And if he wasn’t, you would’ve left him;
But he loved and needed you,
So, you kept that terrific gem.
You had someone to cherish for a lifetime,
But now the time is gone;
So, you need a friend to help you through the hard times,
And a friend you can always count on.
Somebody wants to be your friend,
And help you in the time of need;
He knows he can be a good friend,
And do a good deed.
