Analysis of Meditation

Nadin E. Hopfer 1975 (Hallein)

A beautiful melody composed by your breath, entirely in harmony with everything that knocks on your door.
No judgment, no expectations, no longing for more.
A consistent flow: crisp, fresh, and untouched.
A perfect circle, completing itself with your next exhalation.
Each breath coming and going without boundaries and still connected; inhaling and exhaling, two opposites perfectly matched for each other.
Every breath flows into the boundless sea of emotions, gently testing the waters.
Sensations and thoughts become vibrations as they are in their original form.
Intelligence flowing through each breath, deeply linked and held by a structure that could be defined as your Soul.
Each breath carrying ancient wisdom, but nothing that wasn’t there before.
A divine movement, streaming in perfect harmony.
Your heart starts to open like a lotus flower when kissed by daylight, that is reaching for the sun.
Beating to each breath, creating its own inner song, gently guiding you on your journey to a place called Home.
