Analysis of God

Michael R. Cole 1959 (Sacramento)

The sky is blue, you are too.
Your face is tight, somethings not right.
Your smile is no more, are your cheeks at war?
Your walk is so slow your pace is nil,
I hope in your heart there is something still.
Love is gone seems so far away,
Just put your hands together and now we pray.
You know he’s there he always has been,
The love you lost rekindled again.
Your smile is back you are so proud,
It’s time you yelled his name aloud.
Your voice it carries so long and true,
You know in your heart he was always there for you.
Now don’t fall asleep your faith is strong,
Keep waiting for him it won’t be long.
