Analysis of Odes to Abby Chapter II

Without your touch I am lost at sea,
a sailor on a boat
adrift
in the  darkness
under a blackened chasm
without a sail

Your love is my rudder
that guides me to safe harbour
Your touch is the soothing feel of he Azure seas across my cheek,
Your embrace is the warmth of the sun within my body.

I am but a seaman
navigating his way home
to your love
to you
my true north star
the only light in my sky
