عشق مجھے نہ ڈھونڈ پایا میں عشق سے دور رھا
ساری عمر ڈھونڈتے رھے اور وہ مجھ سے دور رھا
شاعری میری خشک ھے یارو حسن نہ آیا شعر میں
سہولت ساری ارد گرد تھی میں ایسا مجبور رھا
خشک رویہ دیکھ کے یارو کون جرات ھے کرتا
جس نے کرنی چاھی تھی وہ ایسا کیوں حور رھا
میری سرد آھوں میں خون کیوں اس کا ھے تڑپے
کیسا سرد موسم ھے مظلوم اس میں چور رھا
