Analysis of Smallholder's tale

Not a tradesman, not a farmer,
Not a teacher, not a shrink
Made of dreams and breezy summer
Still unsure how to think

I’m guiding bees to flowers
I’m helping grass to grow
If you ask me how I do it –
Not a clue, no way to know

I’m a brownie or a banshee
I can sit or fly or stand
I’m the world forever growing
Flesh and blood of ancient land
