Analysis of Winter
Winter has chilled my heart and kept me locked inside for who knows for how long.
I hear no sounds from my flying friends , their wings cut short from their songs.
The trees are weeping every night wishing for a blanket to keep them warm.
The harsh winds blow all the stars away so high I can see them no more.
I wait for Spring to knock upon my door and unlock me from this cold chamber I abhor.
