Analysis of Shadows from the grave.

A J C 1958 (Swansea, MA)

The shadow from the grave.

Deep into the darkness, I pair. Without any fears. Doubting if you still love me that is my biggest fear. But I look into my dreams, and you still appear. And I hear the echoes of your whispers in my ear late at night when it's silent, and I can feel your presence, and I know you're near. Then I lift my lamp and look, and your presence fades away like a shadow from the grave. So I lay my head back down, and all I have left is this frown. But I'm still in chains and bound.
