Analysis of 32 Candles
32 candles extinguished too soon
A light so bright in a world of gloom
The illumination would light the moon
Those candles shone like the sun at noon
We miss the way you liked to joke
No time too busy for fun to poke
A smile for all you could invoke
Darkness ran when you awoke
A laugh that easily filled the room
An infectious tone like an experts tune
Your energy could dismantle doom
We even miss the way you'd fume
Your light has now been taken away
The world got darker on that day
We carry you with us, inside, you stay
Rest now, sister, sleep well Jay.
